The Queen's Diamond Jubilee Galleries
High above the Abbey floor, the Galleries in the beautiful 13th century triforium display our greatest treasures and tell the story of our thousand-year history.
Essentials
The Galleries are a medieval space where room is limited so admission is by timed ticket (adults £5.00, children under 17 free), which is bought in combination with an Abbey entry ticket.
Opening times
Monday-Friday: 10.00am-3.00pm
Saturday (September to April): 9.30am-12.30pm
Saturday (May to August): 9.30am-2.30pm
Sunday: Galleries closed, Abbey open for services
The Galleries close one hour after the published closure time.

The Galleries are 16 metres (52 feet) above the floor of the Abbey. See amazing views of the Palace of Westminster and the medieval Chapter House on your way up – it’s all part of the experience.
A lift is available for those with reduced mobility.
